Sam Webber is known for his humorous cockney bootblack persona and his idiosyncratic proverbs and advice, often referred to as "Wellerisms". It weighs 78g. Its measurements are 5cm width, 6cm height, and 5cm depth. In excellent condition, no chips, no cracks and no restoration.
